Summer is a busy time in Alma, with every shop door open, the cool bay breezes spreading the fragrance of the sea, and constant activity in the town and on the water. Spring and fall are quieter times, ideal for watching new greenery or spectacular foliage, or for touring and exploring on your own. Winter brings out the skis, sleds, skates, and snowshoes, and warm drinks by the blazing fireplace at the end of the day.
